1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Dice Dingers ("App", "Game", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
✓ Install the App on your personal device
✓ Play the Game for personal, non-commercial use
✓ Access your game account
You may NOT:
✗ Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
✗ Remove copyright/trademark notices
✗ Use for commercial purposes without permission
✗ Share accounts or sell in-game items for real money

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Keeping your password confidential
- All activities under your account
- Providing accurate information
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Unauthorized access (if password is compromised)
- Your account suspension for rule violations
- Loss of data if you don't back up

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

- Purchases are final and non-refundable (except required by law)
- Prices may change with notice
- We may remove features/content with 30-day notice
- Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of purchase
For refunds:
- iOS: Request via App Store
- Android: Request via Google Play
- We honor standard refund policies (usually 48 hours for accidental purchases)

5. GAME RULES & CONDUCT

YOU AGREE NOT TO:
✗ Cheat, exploit bugs, or use hacks
✗ Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
✗ Spam chat or use offensive language
✗ Impersonate others
✗ Farm accounts for unfair advantage
✗ Attempt unauthorized access
CONSEQUENCES:
- First offense: Warning + 24-hour suspension
- Second offense: 7-day suspension + item loss
- Third offense: Permanent ban

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

YOU OWN: Your game data, scores, achievements
WE OWN:
- Game code, characters, images, sounds, trademarks
- Game design and mechanics
You grant us a license to use your username/profile publicly in leaderboards, etc.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
✗ Loss of in-game items/progress
✗ Server downtime (we'll try to keep it 99.9% up)
✗ Bugs or glitches (we'll fix them, but no compensation)
✗ Device compatibility issues
✗ Network/internet failures
✗ Third-party service failures (Apple, Google, Stripe)
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY: Refund of what you paid (max $100)

8. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
- Future feature availability

9. AGE REQUIREMENTS

- US: Must be 13+ (parental consent required if under 13)
- EU: Must be 16+ (or parental consent if younger)
- General: Must be 12+ for game rating
We reserve the right to ask for age verification.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Cheat or exploit glitches
- Abuse our servers
YOU MAY DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ANYTIME: Settings → Account → Delete Account

3. We try to resolve within 30 days
IF UNRESOLVED:
- Binding arbitration (not court)
- Small claims court is okay
- No class action suits
